2. Contacting us
You can contact us by email at the address above. We aim to respond to all enquiries within [2] working days.
3. Our products
We sell motorcycle and car-themed spec-sheet style art prints, available in A4 and A3 sizes, including personalised prints made from a customer's own photograph. We plan to add clothing to the range in future.
Unless a specific product description says otherwise, our prints are sold unframed. Where a product photograph shows a print in a frame, mounted or displayed on a wall, this is for illustration only and is intended to show how the print might look once framed — it does not mean a frame is included. We take care to ensure our lifestyle photography does not imply that a frame, mount or other accessory is included when it is not, and we will correct any listing found to be misleading in this respect.
We make reasonable efforts to describe our products accurately, including sizes, materials and print specifications, which are set out on each product page.
4. Prices
All prices on the Site are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable [CONFIRM VAT STATUS]. Prices for personalised prints include a £5.00 surcharge per print above the equivalent standard print price, to reflect the additional preparation involved — this is shown on the custom print order form before you add the item to your basket.
We try to ensure all prices shown are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm the correct price before dispatch, and you may choose to cancel your order.
5. Placing an order
When you place an order, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt. This acknowledgement does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract between us is only formed when we send you a separate email confirming that your order has been dispatched, or otherwise confirming acceptance. We may decline to accept an order, for example where a product is unavailable, where we identify an error in the price or description, or where we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment.
6. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
7. Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom [CONFIRM — add other countries if you ship internationally]. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you complete your order. [CONFIRM STANDARD DELIVERY CHARGE AND TYPICAL DELIVERY WINDOW, e.g. "Standard delivery costs £X.XX and typically arrives within X–X working days of dispatch; free UK delivery applies on orders over £50."] Delivery times for personalised prints are longer — see our Custom Order Terms.
Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control. We will tell you as soon as possible if we become aware of a delay that is likely to be significant.
8. Cancellation, returns and refunds
If you change your mind about a standard (non-personalised) print, you have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Full details of how this works, including who pays return postage and how refunds are calculated, are set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Personalised prints are generally excluded from the change-of-mind cancellation right — see our Custom Order Terms for details, including what to do if you need to change or cancel a personalised order.
9. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue. We will put things right by offering a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate, in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This applies to both standard and personalised prints, and is not affected by anything in our Custom Order Terms about change-of-mind cancellations.
We will not ask you to pay return postage for goods that are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
10. Colour and screen accuracy
We take care to represent our prints as accurately as possible in our product photography. However, colours you see on your screen depend on your device's display settings, and some minor variation between what you see on screen and the printed product is normal and cannot reasonably be avoided. This does not affect your right to a refund, replacement or repair if a print is materially different from its description, significantly inaccurate in colour or quality, or otherwise not as described — our acknowledgement of normal screen variation does not exclude or limit our responsibility for products that are genuinely faulty or misdescribed.
11. Personalised and custom orders
Orders for custom prints, made from your own photograph, are subject to our Custom Order Terms, which form part of these Terms. Please read them before placing a custom order.
12. Intellectual property
All designs, layouts, artwork, text and other content on the Site, other than photographs you supply to us for personalised prints, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, resell or otherwise use our designs without our permission.
By uploading a photograph for a personalised print, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, as set out in our Custom Order Terms. We will not use your uploaded photographs for marketing or any purpose beyond producing your print, except where we have your separate permission to do so.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information.
14. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
15. Complaints
If you are unhappy with your order or with any aspect of our service, please contact us using the details in section 1 above, and we will do our best to resolve things promptly.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales [CONFIRM — update if your business is based in Scotland or Northern Ireland], and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our products or the law. The version in force at the time you place an order will apply to that order. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
