Terms of service
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all orders placed through 11borders.com (the "Site"), operated by 11 Borders Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.

3. Our products
We sell motorcycle and car-themed spec-sheet style art prints, available in A4 and A3 sizes, including personalised prints made from a customer's own photograph. Our prints are sold unframed unless a product description says otherwise; any framed lifestyle photography is for illustration only.
4. Prices
All prices are listed in GBP (£). If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, prices are automatically converted and shown to you in your local currency where available; the currency you will actually be charged in is confirmed at checkout. Our VAT number is GB 475 1422 94 and UK prices include VAT. Personalised prints include a £6.00 surcharge per print (converted into your checkout currency where applicable), shown on the order form before checkout.
5. Placing an order
A contract is only formed when we send a dispatch confirmation email. We may decline an order where a product is unavailable, there's a pricing or description error, or we can't obtain payment authorisation.
6. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order. We do not store your full card details.
7. Delivery
We deliver within the UK and to a number of international destinations. Charges vary by product, size and destination, shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
8. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Standard prints: 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, see our Return and Refund Policy. Personalised prints are generally excluded, see our Custom Order Terms.
9. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing items
Contact us with your order number and photos where possible. We'll offer a replacement, repair or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, with no return postage cost to you.
10. Colour and screen accuracy
Minor screen-to-print colour variation is normal and doesn't affect your rights if a print is genuinely faulty or misdescribed.
11. Personalised and custom orders
Subject to our Custom Order Terms, which form part of these Terms.
12. Intellectual property
The overall design, layout, typography and artistic treatment of our prints, together with the Site's text, graphics and branding, are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, resell or otherwise use our designs for commercial purposes without our permission.
By uploading a photograph for a personalised print, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and you grant us a licence to use it, as set out in our Custom Order Terms.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and have a zero-tolerance approach to infringing content on the Site. If you believe that any content on the Site infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please email ross@11borders.com with (i) a description of the work you believe is infringed, (ii) a description and URL of the material on the Site you believe infringes it, (iii) your contact details, and (iv) a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised. We will investigate promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable the content in question.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.
14. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force when you order applies to that order.
